About the Role

The Pilot (First Officer) is a critical member of the NetJets Aviation, Inc. team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft. As a key ambassador for the company, you will provide exceptional service to our valued clients, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, making introductions, and briefing them on flight details.
  • Ensure the safe loading and stowing of baggage, as well as the handling of pets and smoking clients.
  • Act as the final authority on aircraft operations, including compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, NetJets staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless flight operations.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and reports related to flight operations and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
  • Meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating.
  • Have at least 21 years of age and 1,500 hours of total flight time experience.
  • Hold a valid First-Class Medical certificate and FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
  • Be able to travel internationally without restrictions and possess a valid passport.
  • Be able to work varying hours, including day and night shifts, and be extremely flexible.
  • Be able to manage rest and be prepared for flight duty at all times.
