Job OpportunityJob Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to support our Attorneys in all phases of cases. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support, conduct thorough research, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
• Conduct legal research and investigation
• Provide general administrative support
• Communicate with clients and witnesses
• Attend court sessions and take record of important information
• Maintain and update documentation
• Assist with discovery requests

Requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Previous experience as a Paralegal or similar role is preferred
• Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal or Law Clerk
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with document management experience
• Excellent research skills on Westlaw
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines
