Breakfast Attendant Job Summary

BBL Hospitality is seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing food for the buffet line and serving guests in a pleasant and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the buffet line for opening and maintain a clean and neat environment throughout the shift.
  • Prepare food for service according to brand standards and serving portions as instructed.
  • Serve and assist customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep the serving line clean and organized at all times.
  • Break down the serving line at the end of the shift and prepare for the next shift.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. and stand for eight hour shifts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Working Hours: Approximately 6am-12pm on weekends.
