Atrium Hospitality is seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our culinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless breakfast experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain a clean and organized work area, including counter tops, utensils, and equipment.
  • Present a high-quality breakfast experience by obtaining supplies, clearing dishes, and restocking buffet areas.
  • Provide warm and professional customer service, resolving any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of food production.
  • Ensure that all food is stored properly and at the correct temperatures.
  • Facilitate shift changes and communicate any important information to supervisors and colleagues.
  • Adhere to Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous food service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Food Safety Training certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
  • Alcohol Awareness certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds regularly.
  • Able to bend and squat repeatedly.
  • Able to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shifts.
