About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Development Specialist to join our team at Electrolux. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Plan Deployment: Collaborate with HR Strategy to deploy midterm aspects of the People Plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs, ensuring a skilled and agile workforce.
  • Organization Development: Design and implement organization development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.
  • Capability Deployment: Develop and deploy training programs to build the skills and competencies required to drive business success.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide coaching and advisory services to leaders to drive employee engagement, teamwork, and business leadership.
  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives and talent needs.
  • Ethics and Discipline: Proactively address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolutions in collaboration with leaders.
  • People Advisory: Provide expert advice to employees and leaders on complex HR matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Design and implement people programs to meet the needs of the business, including diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and employee onboarding.
  • Labor Law and Compliance: Provide guidance on labor law and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to local legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Talent & Performance Management: Develop and implement talent management and performance management processes to drive business results.
  • People Analytics: Analyze data and metrics to inform HR strategies and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Skills: Generalist experience covering a wide array of HR function areas, including business and financial acumen, organization development, talent management, change management, coaching, consulting, advising, and influencing.
