Position Overview
TheraCare is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services to our adult clientele in various settings, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living environments.

Responsibilities:
The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and treat patients based on physician referrals, utilizing therapeutic techniques aimed at enhancing communication, swallowing, and auditory functions to address various disabilities.
This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and information in the field of Speech Language Pathology.
Therapy services will be delivered in diverse settings, including but not limited to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Clinics, Long-Term Care Facilities, and Home Health Care.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Current state licensure/certification
Preferred experience of at least one (1) year in a rehabilitation setting
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong oral and written communication skills
Willingness to provide therapy services in various environments
Proficiency in the principles, methods, materials, and equipment relevant to the field
Understanding of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
