Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of production-grade machine learning products to optimize mobile performance ads and drive business results.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models to achieve different optimization goals, such as app-install optimization, ROAS optimization, retention, and more.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
- Analyze complex problems with massive advertising data, identify gaps, and propose and execute technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new machine learning features and solutions, and achieve business objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure the success of our team.
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 5+ years of industry experience with a Master's degree or 3+ years of industry experience with a PhD degree.
- Solid theoretical background in machine learning and/or data mining.
- Proficiency in mainstream ML libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark ML, and more.
- Hands-on experience with production-grade machine learning solutions.
- Experience with mainstream big data tools, such as MapReduce, Spark, Flink, Kafka, and more.
- Extensive programming experience in Python, Go, or other OOP languages.
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in SQL and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional partnerships.
- Publications in top relevant venues, such as TPAMI, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, KDD, WWW, SIGIR, AAAI, IJCAI, and more.
- Basic knowledge about Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with the advertising industry and real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystem.
