About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at MasTec Communications Group. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical projects, including planning, execution, and completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and control costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financials, and risk assessments
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing contingency plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project and P3e
  • Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
