Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution for its print lab business. This is a full-time position that requires onsite presence in San Jose, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to grow acquisition and conversion of professional photographers
  • Increase activation, retention, and lifetime value of customers
  • Design and implement marketing content on the company website, including web pages, videos, and creatives
  • Test and validate offline marketing channels for presale, account management, and business development
  • Orchestrate educational programs, such as webinars, content marketing campaigns, and in-person events, to inspire the target audience and facilitate product education and trials
  • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
Key Delivery Areas of Focus
  • Grow revenues for the print lab business by focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Serve as the voice of the customer
  • Align and enable internal teams to tell the right company story
