Mountainview Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
Responsibilities- Perform routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures, including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
- Operate and maintain the Philips CT Scanner, ensuring optimal performance and image quality.
- Collaborate with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic services.
- Develop and implement protocols for imaging procedures, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
- Licensed by the state as a general radiographer.
- Proficiency in CT scanning procedures and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
