About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Memorial Medical Center. As a Mammographer PRN, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of mammography services, adhering to FDA and MSQA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality mammography exams, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of exam results.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to maintain high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an AMA-accredited educational program preferred.
  • One year of technical experience in radiology or a related field; supervisory experience a plus.
  • Current registry certificate from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and New Mexico State Certificate as a Radiographic Radiologic Technologist required.
  • CPR certification required; certification or completion courses must meet Memorial Medical Center standards.
