Position Overview

Empower Workplace Corp. is seeking dedicated Early Intervention Speech Therapists who are committed to enhancing the lives of children and their families. This role focuses on delivering essential services in various locations.

Available Positions:

  • Full-Time: Pittsburgh
  • Part-Time: East/Southeast suburbs of Allegheny County
  • Part or Full-Time: Washington County

The assigned client area will be conveniently located to minimize travel time and facilitate a manageable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and clinical skills to assist children in achieving their developmental milestones.

  • Design, execute, and document tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each child, adhering to established guidelines and family preferences.
  • Integrate therapeutic techniques into daily family routines to promote effective learning and development.
  • Conduct local travel to provide in-home Early Intervention Services.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Valid Pennsylvania State License
  • Required Clearances:
    • Child Abuse (Act 33)
    • Criminal History (Act 34)
    • FBI Fingerprinting
    • Mandated Reporter Training (Act 31)
  • Current Pennsylvania driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • A strong desire to work with children, particularly those aged 0 to 3
