Position Overview:
The Retail Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the center, ensuring optimal performance and profitability. Under the direction of the Franchisee, this position encompasses a variety of responsibilities related to team management, sales strategies, inventory oversight, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members while conducting performance evaluations and managing schedules.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address personnel issues promptly and discreetly to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead staff and sales meetings to enhance communication and productivity.
  • Workflow Oversight: Supervise the coordination between sales and production teams to ensure efficiency.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strive to elevate customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Brand Standards Training: Ensure all employees are well-versed in company branding and operational standards.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the center's services.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement process and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Order Management: Handle significant custom orders, including pricing and scheduling.
  • Production Support: Assist with production tasks during peak times to meet customer demands.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the center is clean, safe, and organized.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor center finances, including profit and loss statements and key performance indicators.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with the Franchisee to create and track the annual business plan.

Qualifications:
