- Set up accounts and manage financial systems for grants.
- Oversee billing, fund drawdowns, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate payroll redistributions, cost-sharing tracking, and compliance with grant guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, federal guidelines, and grantor financial requirements.
- Provide training on grant processes, budget management, and reporting.
- Maintain and update financial systems for grant accounting.
- Implement quality control measures and evaluate system performance.
- Document procedures for the grants accounting area to ensure consistent and accurate operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of grant accounting experience with knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with grant management software and reporting systems.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, non-profit/governmental accounting, and financial document analysis.
Salary: up to $90,000.00, depending on experience.
Working Model: 100% in office in San Antonio, TX
