Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist Opportunity in Port Orchard, Washington

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at an excellent healthcare facility in Port Orchard, Washington. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented SLP to build upon their skills while advancing their career.
Job Summary:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients at the facility.
- Instruct patient/family as needed, adapting conventional speech therapy techniques to meet the needs of patients.
- Document concisely, accurately, and legibly all appropriate charting and paperwork, adhering to ASHA guidelines.
- Follow established procedures for maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- Active state license as a speech-language pathologist.
- At least 6 months of SLP experience within the last 5 years.
