We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, working closely with our team of nursing professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
- Observe and report any concerns to the broader nursing team
- Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, and change linens
- Communicate with medical staff and residents, and serve as a conduit between the two
- Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed
- Offer a compassionate ear to residents and provide companionship
- Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Effective organizational skills and communication skills
- Appropriate bedside manner
- Competitive hourly pay range: $21-$34
- Customized pay periods (get paid weekly or even daily)
- Choice of shifts at any of our partner facilities
