The successful candidate will provide project management to implement curriculum and organizational goals, fostering employee and community education.
\About the Role
\The Assistant Director, Curriculum will develop annual curriculum plans aligned with stakeholder requirements, JHPS and JHPD vision and mission, certification requirements, and custom content projects. They will also provide guidance on methods and current adult learning practices of teaching to all training specialists and adjunct instructors.
\About You
\We are looking for a professional with a strong background in instructional design, criminal justice, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have seven years of progressively responsible related experience, as well as a Bachelor's Degree. A Master's Degree or Professional certification through IACP, IAHSS, or ASIS is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,500 - $149,800 annually, commensurate with experience. Our hybrid work environment allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
