Job Role

The Senior HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies to support business goals

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and training to management on HR policies and procedures
  • Developing and maintaining personnel files and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of related experience required
