Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori in Nashville. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing a high-quality education to young children.
Your Role
As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters independence, exploration, and learning. You will work closely with children aged 0-3, providing personalized support and guidance as they develop their fine and gross motor skills, language, and social skills.
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have experience working with children in a group setting, preferably in a daycare or nursery environment.
- Should have a deep understanding of child-led philosophies such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori and be willing to continue their education in this field.
- Must have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.

- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
