Assistant Managers should have one or more of the following:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree, especially in a retail-related field
  • 1+ year(s) of retail experience
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a supervisory role
  • Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons
