About the Job

As a Technical Account Manager at mParticle, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their success in adopting and leveraging our customer data platform. You will be responsible for owning technical projects, account health, and relationships with our clients. Your role will be critical in helping our clients maximize value from our services and solutions.

Your work will have a significant impact on mParticle's success and that of our clients. You will have the freedom to work independently, with support from the entire mParticle team. You will interact with some of the best minds in the data technology and marketing space and have the opportunity to partner with cutting-edge platforms across various domains.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-year undergraduate degree and/or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a Technical Account Manager or in technical solutions implementation or technology consulting roles
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mobile marketing and technology experience is a plus, particularly deploying and supporting mobile SDKs and performing and supporting customer data integrations
  • General knowledge of various digital marketing tools: analytics, attribution, ad serving, DMPs, push, and social media
  • General knowledge of data-driven marketing practices: audiences, analytics, retargeting, exclusions, etc.
  • Nice to have experience in machine learning, cloud architecture/services, serverless functions, streaming data, SQL/Analytics
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish to support our Spanish-speaking customers - a strong plus but not required

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$155,000 based on location and level of experience + equity + benefits.
