As a member of our EHS department, you will be part of a team that is responsible for managing and overseeing Environmental Health, Safety, and Security programs across all Aldevron sites. Your role will be to support the EHS Manager in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents and manage workers' compensation claims
  • Review and update safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective safety training programs to educate employees on best practices

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Environmental Health and Safety
  • A preference is given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, or those with a different bachelor's degree combined with relevant safety experience
