Position Overview

Join our team as a Culinary Supervisor where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate prior culinary expertise and cooking experience.
  • Exhibit a warm and approachable attitude while interacting with both customers and team members.
  • Adhere to all guidelines regarding guest services, food safety, and cleanliness of equipment and workspaces.
  • Prepare and present food items, ensuring adherence to the Cafe's recipes, portioning standards, and waste management protocols.
  • Manage food costs, place orders, and assist in menu development.
  • Be physically capable of reaching, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
