At SMI USA, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our 24/7 call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and categorize inbound calls in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- $14/hour pay rate
- Shift differential
- Paid bi-weekly
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits after 30 days
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual on first day
