Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and categorize inbound calls in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
  • Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
