Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, grooming, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with clients' support teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our staff to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or challenging behaviors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of car insurance.
  • Knowledge of local community resources and services.
