Job Title: Foreperson Mechanical Shop

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreperson to join our team at Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT. As a key member of our farm shop, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our agricultural and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prioritize equipment maintenance and repairs during the offseason and season
  • Order and maintain inventory of parts
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and technicians
  • Perform complex repairs and maintenance tasks, including welding and fabrication
  • Read and interpret service manuals and parts manuals
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong diesel and gas mechanical and maintenance background
  • AAS degree or equivalent experience
  • Supervisory experience and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
