Responsibilities

As a Senior Revenue Cycle Director at Rennova Community Health Inc., your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to optimize revenue cycle processes
  • Managing key performance indicators to ensure cash flow maximization and compliance with regulations
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability
  • Overseeing the revenue cycle department, including coding, billing, and collections
  • Working closely with finance and operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
