Alpine Air is seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team at the Salt Lake City, Utah airport.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Aircraft Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance, line maintenance, and repair of aircraft. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on aircraft, including scheduled inspections and repairs
  • Conduct line maintenance and repair of aircraft, including replacing worn or damaged components
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
  • Repair and rebuild aircraft structures, including repairs involving aircraft sheet metal
Requirements
  • A & P License
  • 2 years' experience as an A&P, with recent turboprop aircraft experience
  • Preference given to Beech 1900 or King Air experience
  • Knowledgeable of basic fixed wing aircraft maintenance
  • Ability to locate and follow maintenance manual directions and component manuals
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word
Working Conditions

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and heat. Work will be performed outside, regardless of weather conditions.
