Position Overview
This role entails overseeing the daily functions of the clinical simulation program, requiring collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and their respective organizations. The incumbent will manage the program's resources, including equipment, facilities, personnel, and locations. They will serve as the primary contact, resource, trainer, and supervisor for the clinical simulation team and program.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in program management, simulation training, or medical education.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
