Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and systems. Your primary duties will include providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform initial checks, tests, and starts for various HVAC products.
  • Service and repair HVAC equipment and systems on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Use a variety of hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
  • Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
  • Represent the company as a direct customer contact.
  • Provide training for troubleshooting and maintenance at customer sites.
  • Offer technical support to customers.
  • Be flexible to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
  • Drive a company vehicle to job sites, with regular travel requirements and occasional overnight travel.
  • Secure additional work through proactive recommendations based on equipment status and client needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In addition to the listed duties, you must demonstrate punctuality and attendance on a consistent basis. You must also maintain an acceptable driving record and adhere to all pertinent ThermalNetics policies, including drug and alcohol screening requirements and harassment policies.
