Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Oncologist to join our team at Fox River Cancer Center at OSF Saint Elizabeth. As a Radiation Oncologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cancer treatment program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive cancer care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation oncology and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Illinois.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges at OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center.
  • Eligibility to participate in OSF programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
