Blue Origin is seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Expert to lead the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of launch vehicle umbilical systems with an emphasis on reducing launch cost. As a key member of our team, you will engage in all levels of the design and production cycle, from conceptual design to integration and test.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering.
  • 3+ years of professional engineering experience with complex fluid systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with spacecraft or launch vehicle fluid or mechanical system and component design or test or manufacturing.

The compensation range for this role is $89,820-$125,748 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.
