Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Centific. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for fine-tuning Large Language Model (LLM) models and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fine-tune LLM models to optimize performance and accuracy
  • Design and build RAG pipelines to support AI deployment
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement AI solutions
  • Apply expertise in computer science and machine learning to drive innovation
Requirements
  • Expertise in Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, Statistics, and Algorithms
  • Strong background in computer science and machine learning
  • Experience in fine-tuning LLM models and building RAG pipelines
  • Strong background in programming languages such as Python
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks is a plus
