Work Schedule

This role operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend commitments for special events or property-related activities. The position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and on-site presence as needed.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to provide extensive support to the Head of Marketing, encompassing a variety of administrative functions, including:

  • Preparing reports for property owners, creating PowerPoint presentations, and managing follow-up communications.
  • Ensuring accurate billing of marketing invoices to ownership groups.
  • Overseeing adherence to marketing project timelines, proactively following up with team members to maintain priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Reviewing meeting notes from both internal and external discussions, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Managing social media marketing initiatives for a portfolio of properties.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

  • Updating various marketing program details, including administrative updates in relevant software.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing team on tasks related to managing online advertising campaigns and search engine optimization, with clear guidance provided.
  • Performing administrative tasks as assigned, including errands and the delivery of printed materials.
  • Monitoring company communications.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Technological aptitude and understanding of system functionalities.
  • A four-year degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and execute effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is preferred but not essential.
