Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABA Solutions in Panama City, FL. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans in school settings.
  • Provide direct supervision and coaching to behavior technicians and support staff.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor client progress.
  • Facilitate engaging social skills groups to promote skill development and socialization.
  • Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
