As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in unit-based decision-making and contribute to evidence-based practice
  • Precept and mentor new staff and students as assigned

Requirements

To be considered for this per diem LPN position, you must:

  • Be a graduate of a Specialty Training Program-Nursing
  • Hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
