Job Responsibilities

As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Providing direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions and revising care plans as needed
  • Collaborating with physicians, ancillary personnel, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Licensed Practical Nurse
