Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to individuals in crisis
  • Assess individual needs and provide referrals to community-based services
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and treatment providers to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
  • 2+ years of post-graduate experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish)
  • Experience working with chronically mentally ill population
  • Experience working with law enforcement agencies and justice-involved individuals
