- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT, specifically in tier 2 and tier 3 support.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
- Experience with VMware design and Veeam Backup.

This position is office-based, and the salary is competitive, ranging from $75,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with health insurance benefits.
