Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Healthcare Architecture Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Principal to lead our healthcare design studio. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader who can drive innovative solutions, develop strong client relationships, and guide our team to deliver high-quality projects.

About the Role:

  • Direct and oversee large-scale healthcare projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality of design and delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, building lasting relationships and driving new business opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and overall performance metrics.
  • Play an integral part in developing studio-wide initiatives and contributing to strategic firm growth.
  • Mentor and inspire team members, promoting professional development and technical excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with project stakeholders and regulatory agencies to meet healthcare standards, including HCAi/OSHPD requirements.
  • Represent the studio at industry events and contribute to thought leadership through articles and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years in an architecture or engineering firm, with a strong background in healthcare projects.
  • Credentials: California Registered Architect and/or NCARB certification preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience as a Director, Associate Principal, or Principal, with proven capabilities in project oversight, team leadership, and client engagement.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep familiarity with healthcare design standards, HCAi/OSHPD regulations, and management of high-profile projects.
  • Business Acumen: Strong network within the healthcare sector, adept at securing new projects and driving business development.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $165,000 - $230,000 per year, based on experience.
