Position Overview: The successful candidate for the Activities Leader role will be energetic, passionate, and creative. This position involves direct interaction with our residents, requiring a gentle, responsible, and hardworking demeanor. Comfort with individuals experiencing confusion and a willingness to find joy in small moments are essential.

Purpose/Belief Statement: The Activities Leader is responsible for delivering personalized activity care and services to residents. This role serves as both a collaborative team member within the activities department and an integral part of the interdisciplinary team for assigned units, fostering collective success.

  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
