About the Role

Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team in Prosper, Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen patients for nutritional risk and complete nutrient intake analyses to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients.
  • Provide basic nutrition education and formula instruction to parents or other family members, taking into account goals, preferences, learning barriers, and readiness.
  • Process enteral formula orders, develop recipes, prepare, deliver, and stock enteral formula in patient care areas to meet the needs of the medical center.
  • Maintain and acquire formula room stock to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or Associates Degree in Dietetic Technology.
  • Pediatric training or experience is highly desirable.
  • Registration with the American Dietetic Association for Dietetic Technician is preferred.
