UTMB Health seeks a skilled Nurse Clinician III to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Competently assesses and plans patient care, implementing and evaluating care plans as needed.
- Executes physician orders, administers medications, and delivers culturally sensitive nursing care.
- Performs routine and complex technical procedures, prioritizing patient care activities according to skill level and work complexity.
- Adheres to internal controls and performs related duties as required.
Registered Nurse (RN) with two years of clinical RN experience, current license or valid permit to practice in Texas, and current BLS-HP certification.
Work EnvironmentLocated within a correctional facility, requiring security clearance and pre-employment drug testing.
