Position Location

This role is based in a dynamic work environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems, and Suppression Gas Systems, along with other related building safety products at client locations. You will troubleshoot and install systems from various manufacturers, including Simplex and ANSUL. Your ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and operational manuals will be essential. You will manage daily service calls and customer interactions while working with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and specialized hazard solutions.

How You Will Contribute

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests.
  • Conduct inspections of Suppression Gas Systems in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Evaluate customer systems for compliance and performance.
  • Utilize mobile technology and equipment for service delivery.
  • Engage in government-related projects as needed.

What We Seek

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • FEL-A certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications from manufacturers such as ANSUL or Kiddie PyroChem are advantageous.
  • RMEI and multi-licensing preferred.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
