Nurse Care Specialist

Regions Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care in a variety of inpatient clinical units, clinics, and specialty centers.
Our Float Pool RNs work on a range of units, including orthopedics, rehabilitation, oncology, cardiology, observation, medicine, neurology, surgical, trauma, burn, and postpartum. You will have the opportunity to care for patients with diverse needs and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Work Schedule:
0.70 Nights. 8 hour shifts during the week and 12 hour shifts every 3rd weekend.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing
- Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
- CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN/MSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN/MSN is obtained within 5 years of hire
- One year of acute care RN experience is preferred
