Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Search Masters, Inc.

  • This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in quality engineering and experience working in the semi-conductor or electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and train employees on ISO 9001 standards
  • Solve quality problems and handle corrective actions
  • Perform root cause analysis, 8-D's, 5Y's, and implement statistical process control (SPC) to identify trends and potential defects of products

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of quality engineering experience
  • Prior experience in military/defense electronics
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required
