Position Details:
- On-site presence in Duluth, MN is preferred; however, we welcome candidates from our other locations or those who can work remotely for the right fit.
- This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension.

Job Summary:
- All candidates must complete two weeks of on-site training in Duluth, MN and be present on-site in Duluth for 1-2 weeks each quarter (dates are flexible).
- Conduct audits of engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and non-conformance documentation to ensure completeness and prompt action on due items.
- Review engineering Bills of Materials and perform physical inventory checks of parts and assemblies in preparation for production.
- Oversee action items and ensure timely completion by responsible parties.
- Execute tasks as assigned by the Program Manager or designated representative.
Essential Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret basic engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and non-conformance reports (training will be provided).
- Meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
- Experience in auditing is highly advantageous.
- Background in a manufacturing or engineering setting is necessary.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, which may necessitate significant overtime to achieve key milestones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable presenting in front of groups (in-person or via virtual platforms).
- Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, TEAMS, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Power BI and JIRA is a plus.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Knowledge of aircraft or automotive design and certification standards is preferred.
- Working knowledge of JIRA is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of aircraft systems and structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication abilities.
