Process Engineer

Job Summary:
The Process Engineer will provide leadership and technical expertise to multidisciplinary project teams, focusing on hydrocarbon and flammable fluid processes. Key responsibilities include project assignments, process design, safety, and engineering techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop process flow diagrams, material and energy balances, and instrumentation and control diagrams.
- Conduct project management, coordination with clients, and opportunities for practice development, mentoring, and business development.
- Manage projects, including petroleum refining, chemical, and industrial process design.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, providing technical expertise and leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, petrochemical, or mechanical engineering.
- At least 10 years of related experience.
- Experience working at industrial sites as an operating engineer, project engineer, or consultant.
- Strong knowledge of process safety codes and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years of related experience.
- Experience with gated project delivery method.
- Design programs such as AspenTech or similar.
- Alternative fuels such as hydrogen, biofuels, or ammonia.
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $105,000-$125,000/year. Compensation will vary based on experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus.

Work Environment:
Some work locations may feature rough terrain typical of industrial sites and may also require entering and working in facilities that include limited accessibility, moving machinery, and other conditions typical of industrial facilities.
