About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Geologist or Scientist to join our team as a Project Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting technical projects, including report writing, data analysis, and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume lead and supporting technical roles for projects, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and remediation projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site investigations, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and project managers, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in environmental assessment and remediation, with a focus on project management and technical leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
