Duke Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Hand and Upper Extremity orthopaedic surgeon to join our community-based, hybrid-academic practice in Raleigh, NC.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to rapidly build a robust hand practice and be part of a leading orthopaedic academic department.
About the RoleThis is a 90% clinical and 10% academic role, with 2-3 OR days per week. You will have access to an outstanding facility and teams, as well as support for research throughout the broad range of academic disciplines at Duke University.
Academic rank will be based on training and experience, with research and clinical productivity measures guiding clinical track. A faculty appointment at the Duke School of Medicine is part of the position.
Qualifications- Board-certified or board-eligible orthopaedic surgeon fellowship-trained in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery.
- A commitment to excellent patient care, as well as teaching, scholarship, research, and leadership on local, national, and international levels.
- Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina.
